Our Firm

Z Architects is a full service architectural firm based in Girdwood lead by Architect Marco Zaccaro. Our team is comprised of experienced Alaskan designers with a deep rooted understanding of and appreciation for the Alaskan environment. Our passion for architecture strives to address the unique human, environmental and aesthetic needs each project brings. We offer extensive experience in Master Planning, Commercial and Residential Building Design, Sustainable Building Practices including LEED Design, and Interior Design. We are also adept at architectural 3D computer modeling animation, photo realistic renderings, and other graphic presentation tools that enhance communications with our clients and provide high quality marketing images for commercial projects. We provide permitting services, AHFC inspections, and have a good track record of facilitating public process for large projects.
